GBVID recognizes that cleaning and maintenance services are of prime importance in making our town more welcoming and inviting. While the City of Cape Town provides a daily team primarily focused on beach areas, we believe additional efforts are necessary.
Our initiative aims to supplement these services with frequent pavement cleaning, street sweeping, and the removal of overgrown road verges. We plan to deploy a dedicated team equipped with trolleys and refuse bags to ensure the GBVID area remains litter-free.
